Immigration Paralegal

Job Duties
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with USCIS
- Conduct client intakes and maintain organized case files
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish regarding case status and documentation needs
- Research immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates
- Assist attorneys with case strategy preparation and court filings
- Coordinate with government agencies and track case progress
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
Requirements
Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency with immigration case management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Knowledge of USCIS forms, procedures, and filing requirements

Legal Assistant — Personal Injury

Job Duties
- Support personal injury attorneys with case preparation and document management
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and demand letters
- Schedule appointments, depositions, and court hearings
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Organize and maintain medical records, billing statements, and evidence files
- Assist with trial preparation and document organization
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and calendar management
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal setting, personal injury experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with NC court systems and filing procedures
